The 21st-century workforce is unique. Employees have endless options for learning in the ways that best meet their needs. Yet many of the design and development models in L&D are decades old. I design and build creative learning experiences that meet the needs of the 21st century workforce. I consult and teach others how to craft strategies and experiences that improve performance. I call it Next Generation Instructional Design.
With degrees in Instructional Design and Art Education, my goal is to fill the world with well-designed and easy-to-understand products that connect with the audience. From eLearning courses and strategies for effective learning in the workplace to information graphics, multimedia and website development, all of my work is based on the cognitive science of how people perceive and process information. Ideally, the work I do will make life better for people and the planet. Why do anything else?
